The laboratory of animal virus, School of life sciences, Sun Yat sen University is subordinate to the State Key Laboratory of Biocontrol. It is located in the beautiful Guangzhou Higher Education Mega Center. It is mainly engaged in the research of animal virology and integrated control technology of livestock and poultry infectious diseases. At present, there are one professor, two associate professors and one associate researcher. Important progress has been made in the field of animal coronavirus and influenza virus.
